Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for freeze-dried products?

Accepted Answer

MOQ depends on the product and packaging format. Bulk freeze-dried fruits and vegetables usually start from 100–500 kg, while retail-packed candy, fruit tea and instant foods typically start from 3,000–30,000 bags or pieces. Our team can recommend a trial quantity for new market launches.

Question 2

Do you offer OEM, ODM and private label freeze-dried food?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fujian Fynergy Foods Co., Ltd. is a verified custom manufacturer offering OEM, ODM and private label services, including recipe development, cut size and flavor customization, packaging design, and bulk or retail-ready packing.

Question 3

Which food safety certifications does your factory hold?

Accepted Answer

Our quality system is certified to BRCGS, HACCP and ISO 22000, and selected products are produced under Halal and Kosher programs. The facility has also been verified onsite by TÜV Rheinland. Certificate copies are available on request.

Question 4

How is freeze-drying different from conventional dehydration?

Accepted Answer

Freeze-drying removes water by sublimation under vacuum at low temperature, so products typically keep their original shape, color, aroma and most heat-sensitive nutrients, and rehydrate quickly. Hot-air dehydration uses heat, which usually causes shrinkage, darkening and greater nutrient loss.

Question 5

What is the shelf life of your freeze-dried products?

Accepted Answer

Shelf life typically ranges from 12 to 24 months depending on the product, moisture specification and packaging barrier. The exact shelf life is confirmed in the specification sheet for each SKU.

Question 6

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide samples with specification sheets so buyers can evaluate taste, texture, moisture and packaging before confirming a production order. Contact info@fynergyfoods.com with your target product and market.
